The trials for three defendants charged in the murder of Curtis Bailey have been pushed back until October. According to the web site Iowa Courts Online, pretrial conferences for Jessica Dayton and Jacob Hilgendorf, both of Belle Plaine and Denise Frei of Marengo have been set for Oct. 8, with the date for trial now scheduled for Oct. 12.
The three face first degree murder charges in the July 19th death of Bailey in his Marengo home. All three are currently being held in the Iowa County Jail, Marengo.
