Belle Plaine will send two wrestlers to this week’s state tourney in Des Moines. Jack O’Brien claimed the 125 pound district title at Eddyville-Blakesburg on Saturday, while Zakk Buch placed second at 103 pounds.
O’Brien has a 39-3 record and Buch takes a 30-4 mark into Thursday’s first round at the Wells Fargo Arena in Des Moines.
