Plans are being finalized for the annual Belle Plaine Easter Egg Hunt, sponsored by the Belle Plaine Community Development Corporation. The hunt is scheduled for Saturday, April 3, beginning at 10 a.m. at Franklin Park.
This year, due to the aquatics center construction, the hunt has been moved to lower Franklin Park, near the ball diamond. Parking will be available across 11th Street.
Numerous prizes provided by local merchants and other treats will be distributed.
