Bill has been diagnosed with Metastatic Carcinoma Cancer.

Employed by Garling Construction, Bill has been a key player in Belle Plaine’s Downtown Revitalization Project. One has only to look at the new store fronts on Main Street to see Bill’s mark on Belle Plaine.
